Terms and Conditions – Chance to Receive a 100% Refund
1. Organiser and Eligibility
This promotion is organised by devolo solutions GmbH, Charlottenburger Allee 67, 52068 Aachen, Germany (“devolo”).
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Business customers and employees of devolo or companies involved in the promotion are excluded.
2. Promotion Mechanism
Customers who purchase a devolo product between 08 June 2026 and 19 July 2026 via the devolo online shop or authorised retail partners have the chance to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Participation requires registration of the proof of purchase on the official devolo Cashback page.
Winners are randomly selected every Friday from all valid entries received since the previous draw. The average winning chance is 1 in 12. A refund is not guaranteed.
No additional payment is required to participate.
3. Participation and Refund Process
Registration must be completed by 24 July 2026, 12:00 CET. Only one entry per product and proof of purchase is permitted.
Participants must retain the original proof of purchase until the promotion concludes. Automated, abusive, or fraudulent entries are strictly prohibited. devolo reserves the right to exclude any participants or entries in the event of suspected manipulation, multiple entries, falsified receipts, or any other violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Winners will be notified by email. If additional information is required for the payout, particularly the provision of bank details, this must be submitted within 14 days of request. If no response is received within this period, devolo reserves the right to declare the claim for a refund of the purchase price forfeited.
Refunds will be issued exclusively by devolo as follows:
Purchases via the devolo online shop: Refunded using the original payment method.
Purchases via retail partners: Refunded via bank transfer.
Refunds are processed after the applicable statutory return period expires and within 30 days following final confirmation of eligibility. Returned or cancelled purchases are excluded from this promotion.
4. Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of running the promotion in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and UK GDPR.
5. Liability
devolo is not liable for technical issues or matters relating to the purchase contract between the customer and the retailer.
devolo’s liability is unlimited in cases of intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
6. Final Provisions
devolo reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion for valid reasons.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the participant’s country of residence remain unaffected. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the German version shall prevail for interpretation purposes.
