How does the 30-day right of withdrawal work?

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

How do I return devolo products?

If you wish to return a product, please fill out the return slip and place it in the return package together with the product in its original packaging. Simply create a shipping label online as described above and print it out for your return shipment. Affix the return label to the package so that the label with which you received your order is no longer visible. Please keep the proof of postage for any queries. The refund will be made after receipt of the goods using the original payment method you used. Please note that the above conditions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Once your return has been received by devolo, we will refund the amount immediately. You will be notified by e-mail when your return has been received. The credit will be issued to the payment method you used when placing your order.

As a retailer, we are legally obliged to take back batteries and rechargeable batteries purchased from us free of charge. Please take advantage of this offer and help us keep our environment clean.

Your obligation to return goods as a consumer

Batteries and rechargeable batteries do not belong in normal household waste. The Battery Act (BattG) obliges all citizens to dispose of used batteries and rechargeable batteries exclusively through retailers or specially designated municipal collection points. If you wish to return your batteries and rechargeable batteries to us, please ensure that the shipment is sufficiently stamped. Batteries are marked with the ‘Do not throw in the bin’ symbol and one of the following chemical symbols:  Cd (=battery contains cadmium) Hg (=battery contains mercury) Pb (=battery contains lead) Used batteries may contain harmful substances that can damage the environment or your health if not stored or disposed of properly. Batteries also contain important raw materials (e.g. iron, zinc, manganese or nickel) that can be recycled.
