MEDIT - Methods for energy network actors for prevention, detection and reaction to IT attacks and outages.
The supply of electricity is facing great challenges due to the energy revolution and the associated digitalization. Among other things, specially adapted IT security technologies are required. Fraunhofer FIT, Fraunhofer FKIE, Schleswig-Holstein Netz AG, devolo AG, P3 group GmbH, KISTERS AG, RWTH Aachen and Bremen University of Applied Sciences are therefore developing methods for energy network actors in the BMWi project "MEDIT" to detect, prevent and react to IT attacks and IT outages.
devolo’s project contribution
- Development of a scenario catalogue with future information flows, actors, information and communication technology as well as risks in order to adequately protect devolos products against security threats in daily operations.
