devolo is extending its service: Phone and e-mail support is now also available on Saturdays
devolo is becoming even more customer-friendly: Starting August 1, 2014 the service centre of the home network specialist is now available on Saturdays. Customers benefit from faster response times to their enquiries and can simultaneously rely on live support even on the weekends. devolo has trained employees at its service centre who deal exclusively with dLAN® products. devolo support can be reached via phone at landline rates and via e-mail.
devolo continues to grow its customer support
As a premium manufacturer in the home network segment, devolo‘s priority is to have excellent customer support. An experienced team handles enquiries from residential and professional dLAN® users. To improve service even more and to shorten response times, support is available also on Saturdays starting August 1, 2014. Customers will get live support weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The devolo service centre can be reached via phone at local rates at +49 241/99082-222. If all staff members are already with customers, you will hear a greeting informing you of your place in line. Alternatively, the support staff is available to provide immediate support via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
